Most flagship events sell sponsor positions 3-6 months ahead. Cars & Cuppas and smaller meets we can usually fit in within 4 weeks.
Can I sponsor multiple events?
Yes, and we’d prefer it. Multi-event partnerships save 15-20% on per-event pricing and let us build a deeper narrative for your brand across the year.
Do you offer exclusivity?
Title sponsor tier includes category exclusivity. We won’t put a competitor brand in the same activation zone or programme slot.
What’s the typical lead time on creative?
Two weeks from confirmed brief to print-ready signage. We can move faster for digital-only campaigns.
How do you measure success?
Post-event reports cover attendance, demographic split, social impressions, content shares, and any direct enquiries we trace back to your activation.
